We left Canada the day after the stampede. Crossing the border back into the states, both Larry and I were pulled over for an agriculture inspection. We had to open our truck doors and the trailer doors and take the dog and stand in front of the truck. They were in the trailer about 10 min. and sent us on our way. Larry and Carol were still there when we left. We met up with them in the campground in Shelby. The agriculture people found a half of a green pepper in their refrigerator. They confiscated it. Here we were traveling with big time smugglers and never knew it. We split up the next morning and Larry and Carol went to Yellowstone and we headed to Sheridan, WY.
These are the Big Horn Mountains in the background.
The Sheridan Inn is being revamped and will be open as a hotel. Several of the rooms are ready. They took 3 or 4 of the old rooms and remade them into one big room.
Tom felt real comfortable behind the bar.
Love this old truck
Took a tour of the Trail End Home. A gorgeous home.
